Full lift for DOH program.
We worked closely with the client and their partners to build a brand that spoke to ther core audience in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic: first responders in rural areas of Washington state.

Storytelling.
We created a Spotlight Series that highlighted the great work that Fire Departments did throughout the pandemic to keep their communities safe and well-informed. Through this experience, we were fortunate to meet very motivated, interesting, and charismatic people.
the newsletter for first repsonders
With easy-to-digest health data, policy updates, and impactful storytelling, our WA COVID-19 newsletter helped engage current partners and onboard more. We managed the backend newsletter service, drafted all of the content, and designed each edition.
The newsletter had a lifetime open rate of 56.4% (compared to 41% industry average) and a click rate of 19% (compared to 8% industry average).
resources & patient handouts.
The target audience needed customized tools to help them engage with their community during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially those at high risk. We regularly updated our toolkit with user friendly resources for first responders and educational materials for the people they serve.
